What is the order execution latency?+

Sub-50 millisecond latency for placing trades on Rupeezy's reliable infrastructure. Round-the-clock uptime for critical market hours.

Do I need POA (Power of Attorney) for Vortex API?+

Yes. You need a POA-enabled trading and demat account with Rupeezy to use the API. Ensure POA is activated during or after account opening. This is required for programmatic order execution.

Can I connect Chartink to Vortex?+

Yes. Configure Chartink screener webhooks to trigger Vortex API calls automatically. When your screener fires an alert, Vortex places the order. No coding needed for basic setups.

How many clients can use my API?+

By default, the API is restricted to your single Rupeezy user ID. For multi-user login support (Publisher mode), email Rupeezy to request access. This enables you to manage multiple client accounts via your platform.
