What is Rupeezy DOCK?+

DOCK is Rupeezy's back-office portal at dock.rupeezy.in. It is the analytics and fund management dashboard — separate from the trading platforms. Use DOCK for P&L reports, fund transfers, tax reports, IPO applications, KYC updates, and margin pledging.

How do I add or withdraw funds through DOCK?+

Login to dock.rupeezy.in → click Funds → Add funds via UPI or NEFT from your linked bank account. To withdraw, click Withdraw and the amount is credited to your primary bank account instantly.

How do I access DOCK from the Rupeezy mobile app?+

In the Rupeezy app, go to the main menu → tap on Funds. This links directly to the DOCK portal where you can check fund balance, add or withdraw funds, and view reports.

Can I update my KYC details from DOCK?+

Yes. Login to DOCK → Profile → Edit Email ID, Edit Mobile Number, or Add Bank Account. Changes to email and mobile are updated within 24 hours. New bank accounts are set as primary automatically.

How do I get tax P&L for filing ITR?+

Login to DOCK → Reports → Tax P&L Report. Select the financial year. The report shows capital gains, STT, and applicable taxes across all segments — ready for direct use in ITR filing without separate calculations.

What is Pledge in DOCK?+

Pledge allows you to use your existing demat holdings as collateral to get trading margin. Instead of putting fresh cash, you pledge your shares and get up to 80% of their value as margin for F&O or intraday trading. Zero extra cash out of pocket.
